Harmonia Tech operates Harmonia Support Agent, a workspace for approved independent partners who provide support services. These terms describe use of this separate agent app.
Using your agent account
Use your approved agent account to receive support calls and messages. Keep your sign-in codes private and sign out of shared devices.
Availability and confidentiality
Only mark yourself available when you can answer. Treat caller information confidentially and follow the applicable support and safety policies.
Scope of the service
This service does not replace emergency or professional medical services. Do not represent yourself as providing services you are not authorized to provide.
Misuse
Abuse, harassment, exploitation, fraud, or misuse can lead to suspension or account removal.
Partner contracts are separate
Partner contract discussions and signing are handled manually and separately with our team. Reading these app terms or consenting to photo ID and selfie review does not sign a partner contract.
